Each year the Elk River Fish Hatchery holds a free fishing day each Spring at Arizona Beach State Recreation Site.  ​

Young fishers learn to fish in a stocked pond, with ODFW (Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife), and Rotary volunteers assisting. 

Rotarians provide burgers & hot dogs.
